📘 About

Dr. Rakesh Maurya is the visionary founder and director of Agrilivest Research Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture, livestock development, environmental conservation, and rural empowerment through skill-based training. With a strong academic background and grassroots experience, Dr. Maurya has committed his career to improving farmers’ livelihoods and creating employment opportunities across rural India.

💭 Thought
"Real change begins at the grassroots. When farmers are empowered with knowledge, skills, and resources, the entire nation grows stronger."

Dr. Maurya believes that strong, skillful, and aware rural communities are the foundation of security.

Through our research and field programs, we provide scientific and practical support for farmers, livestock keepers, and youth in rural communities. Our initiatives in animal health services ensure healthier herds, improved productivity, and reduced disease outbreaks. At the same time, our vocational and skill training centers equip individuals—especially women and youth—with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in agricultural and allied sectors.

Empowering livelihoods and creating sustainable employment are at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s through modern farming techniques, value addition, or entrepreneurship development, our aim is to turn rural potential into economic opportunity.

I invite you to explore our work, join our mission, and be part of a collective journey toward sustainable development and inclusive growth.

📘 About

Ms. Vandani Maurya, Director of ARF – A passionate leader dedicated to women empowerment, rural development, and sustainable livelihood. She believes that “true progress begins when women and communities are empowered with knowledge and opportunities.”

💭 Thought

At Agrilivest Research Foundation, we believe that empowering women and nurturing children are essential to building resilient households and sustainable communities. Women are the backbone of families, villages, and societies. True development is achieved when knowledge, skills, and opportunities are accessible to those most often left behind. Ms. Vandani strongly believes and advocates that real transformation begins when women are educated, healthy, and empowered to make decisions—for themselves, their families, and their futures.

We lead several initiatives focused on women’s reproductive health, including awareness campaigns on gynecology, menstrual hygiene, and maternal care. By bringing essential knowledge and accessible services to rural women, we aim to break long-standing taboos and ensure dignity, wellness, and informed choices.

We are equally committed to environmental sustainability and education. Women and children are often the most affected by environmental degradation, yet they are also key to driving ecological stewardship. Our programs promote environmental education, clean energy adoption, and sustainable living practices at the grassroots level.

Through early childhood education and support for school-going children, especially girls, we strive to ensure that the next generation grows up healthier, more informed, and ready to lead.

Empowering women is not just about equity—it’s about unlocking the full potential of families, communities, and nations. Together, we can build a future where every woman and child has the opportunity to thrive.
