ARF conducts regular surveys in various villages of Gonda, Basti, Balrampur districts of Uttar Pradesh in a planned manner. Efforts are made to solve the problems by analyzing the data obtained, organizing awareness programs, and providing training programs in an effort to address the core issues affecting rural communities.
The 4F (Food, Feed, Fodder, and Fertilizer) concept promotes sustainable integration of livestock and agriculture. By utilizing available resources efficiently and minimizing losses, ARF helps turn waste into value for the benefit of rural livelihoods.
ARF will provide training to underprivileged and deprived communities to improve livelihood opportunities. Empowering them through education and skill-building can enable them to live with dignity and self-reliance.
The goal is to reduce unemployment, increase wages, and enhance living standards through sustainable development and self-sufficiency models.
With a hope to bring a change in the lives of many rural youths, ARF Animal Husbandry and Entrepreneurship Development Institute started providing training on Scientific Dairy Farming and Artificial Insemination (AI) in the year 2025, to promote entrepreneurship among rural youth.After training, these youth will provide animal health services in their village and earn a livelihood of Rs 7000-10000 per month.
